GM/MA Submission Instructions and Payment
Upload your Concept (Artwork, Written Material or Music)
Submission Deadline: Extended to June 15, 2025
Submission Methods:
- For artwork, a graphical rendering or digital image (min.1200 pixels) to fit on a 12x12 max size panel and a brief artist statement (maximum 200 words) and artist resume including biography, educational background and exhibition record to be emailed here.
- For written and musical submissions, acceptable items can be concepts and partial scores. Upload as attachments here.
- Pay entry fee of $45 through Payment section below.
Application Fee: $45
Payment must be made prior to submission. See below for link.
Payment
In order to accept your submission, we must have record of your payment of $45. Please use the same name as your entry email submission.
Return and Refund Policy
Submission fees cannot be refunded. If a submission was made by mistake, please contact us at elizabeth.martin.immergent@gmail.com.
